National Registry of Sexual Offenders, National Database of Sexual Offenders
and several initiatives on September 21, 2018 for sexual violence againt women and children. India
thus became the 9th nation to have a
registry of this kind. The database
would be maintained by the National
Crime Records Bureau under the
Ministry of Home Affairs Competition inFocus Arihant Publication.
